The General Post Office proudly announce the implementation of one of its newest service “Home Shopping”.  This innovative service allows you to order items from the USA and have them delivered directly to your Letterbox at competitive rates.
We have long recognized the inconvenience persons  experience when ordering items from the United States of America where the majority of catalog and other mail order companies are unable to deliver to Anguilla and other Caribbean destinations. With the introduction of our Home Shopping service your local Post Office has come to the aid of you the customer.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
Arrangements have been made with a freight forwarder to have all mail directed to an address in the United States.  Persons who wish to obtain this  service are required to complete an application form and remit required fees.
Upon submission of the application form, the US address will be issued to the customer. 

ACCESS FEE
For the use of the US Address, a fee of   EC$100.00 per year is payable

DEPOSIT ACCOUNT
Prior to commencement of this service a minimum deposit of EC$100.00 is           required.  This deposit is intended to cover the cost of conveyance with the  exception of letters and magazines .  Rates are as listed below.

OCEAN FREIGHT

Freight Forwarder	Rate
Freight Forwarder	EC $18.00 per cubic foot.

 

 

                       
Upon the receipt of each item by the Post Office, the appropriate deduction will be made from your account and a statement reflecting the deductions and remaining credit balance will be placed in your Letterbox.
Your remaining balance will be carried over annually.
A request to replenish your account will be sent when funds fall below the      minimum Balance of EC$10.00.
